We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, it may take up to 5 business days. As the sale season is one of the busiest periods, please note that the shipping time for current orders is longer than usual.
Exchange and return policy
Are you not satisfied with the product you have ordered and want to return it? No problem, we are here to help you.
We offer free returns on full-price items (items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a prepaid return label, but our regular return policy still applies).
Once you receive your order, you have fifteen (15) days to exchange and return the unwanted item(s).
How to prepare your item(s) for a return?
Please return the bags with all the accessories that were included in the package, including the cover and extra handles, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
